1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase

Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required

Final sale items (marked as such) are not eligible for return

2. RETURN PROCESS

1. Contact our customer service at support@yourdomain.com to initiate return

2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions

3. Pack items securely and include the RMA number visible on the package

4. Ship to our return center at [Your Return Address]

3. REFUND TIMING

Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Original payment method will be credited

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless return is due to our error

4. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMSContact us immediately if you receive:

Wrong item

Damaged product

Defective merchandise We will arrange free return shipping and expedited replacement/refund

5. EXCHANGESWe currently offer refunds only. For exchanges:

1. Return original purchase following normal procedure

2. Place a new order for desired item

6. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Refund excludes original shipping and customs fees
